Hi Tatyana, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In 2018 my passion for makeup and lashes really grew. I started to learn so much about makeup and I constantly found myself wearing false eyelashes. Later in the year, I decided I wanted to start my own business but it had to be something I enjoyed and that was unique to me. I had passion and a killer theme in mind, Narco! Narco Lashes officially opened in January of 2019 with only one style of false mink lashes. Fast forward to today, here I am still pursuing my dream with over 160,000 followers on Facebook and over 35 products on my website.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was a challenge getting started. The main people I expected to support me on this journey didn’t support me and currently still don’t. It took a while to start to generate sales and actually get my business going. Another obstacle I had was I wanted to be authentic with everything I did and it took longer to accomplish my goal while continuing to be authentic. Currently, the biggest obstacles I have now that my business has grown is learning to handle setbacks and deal with people who try to bring me down.

Narco Lashes is an online store that sells makeup and eyelashes. We are known for our dramatic 25m strip lashes and our infamous brand theme Narcos. The thing that sets us apart from most brands is our theme and quality. The most common comment I get when a person hears my business name or looks at one of our sites is that we are very original. Any big plans?
We are currently in the process of expanding our website to offer products in Colombia. We are also hoping to be able to open storefronts in Dallas and Mexico.
