So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am originally from Montreal, Canada.
My husband and I moved our family to Dallas four years ago in the pursuit of our ultimate goal of building our own luxury brand to become a success.
Relying on 20 years industry expertise in women’s luxury fashion, I designed an essential tote bag collection with flawless craftsmanship made of the most luxurious nylon and leather both imported from Italy and finished with our custom hardware and versatile double-sided leather shoulder straps.
Our collection launches across the US this December, in Dallas our official launch is December 15th at Stanley Korshak, the collection will also be available at Tootsies Houston and Dallas.
The most fulfilling and exciting part of building etoile has been to do it with my husband who is a cofounder as well as involving our kids so they share our passion for building etoile.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road to this December’s launch has been long (2 years!) and although I can assure you it has not been smooth sailing all the way, every time I look at our product I cannot remember a single struggle we have had to surpass!
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the etoile story. Tell us more about the business.
I believe we have built the ultimate everyday luxury tote: a true game changer our customers will want to carry everywhere to help them traverse their fabulous crazy lives!
I spent two years sourcing the most fabulous fabrics, testing bag designs, obsessing over every single detail and the end result is flawless, I could not be more proud and ecstatic to finally bring in to the market space!
