Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Howell. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Anthony Howell has always had a massive passion for serving and listening to the hearts of young adults that have felt alone. Growing up doing joint custody amongst two households as well as being a mixed child in the suburbs made him feel secluded. Not accustom to fitting into any social circle meant he had to create a home inside his mind. Leaning on his creativity and love for the arts to express himself in ways the outside world didn’t allow him to do at the time. Navigating his own challenges with addiction, depression, and overwhelm throughout his life has led him to speak up for those that can’t. Utilizing writing and music for 10 years has led to numerous projects. Living to assist others in living a truly fulfilling life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. Being in and out of hospitals and learning how to be adult man prematurely meant a lot of painful mistakes were made. Whether it was having to move back with my parents in my mid-twenties to bills piling on as I still held to a dream. Dealing with my own self-doubt and fighting the urges to give up as everything in my environment said it wasn’t possible, I kept going. Staying up late at two jobs to afford to publish my first book or figuring out how to create a full song through self-education. It’s definitely been a journey thus far
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a multifaceted artist. I write my songs. I create my own cover art for each single/album. I specialize in writing vulnerable lyrics paired with a musical cadence that draws the audience in. I’m known for my charismatic stage presence and inspirational perspective on my social media. I’m proud of being a published author and highly streamed artist. What sets me apart is my high level of altruism for people and a bigger-than-life vision that drives me to mastery/excellence every day.
