Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Womack.
Hi Stacey, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been into fitness from as early as I can remember.
I Played 4 different sports growing up but excelled in football getting a full scholarship to play at tvcc I played 2yrs and after the season ended, I left college.
Not knowing what my future held I worked a lot of different types of jobs just trying to find my way.
I ended up getting injured lost mobility in my right arm and was forced to stay home for a year to let heal, within that year I ended up finding my purpose.
Now I’ve been training 4 1/2 almost 5 years
I work for myself & I have my own brand WeHere selling workout /casual apparel.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No not really some days are better than others.
The main struggle is trusting yourself and structure in my opinion I believe once you believe in yourself and you have a good system in place everything becomes so much more smoother.
