Hello, my name is Maronica Nash I’m the owner of Mk organic hair products. I started my business about 3 years ago, I got tired of buying natural hair care products so why not create my own. I have a son which is my biggest push one day he went to daycare and came back with a spot in the middle of his head I grew It back less than a month. I started making the product and having people to try it out and it Worked. I lot of people can’t wear their natural hair because it’s not long enough or it’s always dry. I wanted to make something that helps everyone. My products are located in the supreme store in Arlington and also dollar mania Shreveport/bossier also the black store in Houston Texas. Making products by hand is definitely a work in progress but I love to see the testimonials from so many people.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been smooth I have been in business 3 years. I must my second year was the hardest is when the pandemic hit. With me making products by hand there was a shortage on bottles so I literally had to do any and everything to get my products out there. Prayer works it has really got me through my toughest times being a business owner.

Mk organic hair products is handmade with love. My products are made with no alcohol and reduces breakage and stimulates hair growth. My products are different because I literally put my all into them. I’m most proud of my brand and the growth it has providing to so many people. My products contain growth oil customers are seeing results in less than 2 weeks with the oil. Moisturizer that is good for beard hair and the hair full of shine and moisture it’s definitely an all-purpose moisturizer. I have leave-in conditioner and also 2 sets of shampoo/conditioner that’s great for curls and moisture.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters to me the most is my son. He is definitely my motivation when it comes to my business it wouldn’t be an MK if it wasn’t for my son Krue.
