Today we’d like to introduce you to Christopher Parham.
Hi Christopher, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started working security on the side in 2007, I went to SMU and that was usually my job during the summertime to make ends meet. Starting getting deeper and deeper into it. Getting skipped over a promotion at my then employer in 2018 I decided to go ahead and become full-time with security as my own boss! A few knocks along the way but as of 2022 I have one of the most recognizable security teams in Dallas!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It wasn’t easy getting to this point a lot of losses along the way. I feel like the most challenging part of the whole process is finding the right team or staff to work as hard as you would normally work. Once I was able to get the right staff my business started to thrive.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
We are secure aspiration LLC. We are a full-scale security firm here in Dallas Texas. We specialize in event security clubs, trail rides, and weddings just to name a few. We also are known for being Celebrity bodyguards or Personal Protection officers. We have protected stars like 50 cents, and 85 south podcasts (Chico Bean, Karlos Miller, and DC Young fly). Bill Bellamy and KashDoll to name a few. Most proud thing brand-wise would be we are known for doing really quality work. We pride ourselves in getting people back home safely. So, whatever we have to do to ensure that factor night in and night out we will. We just want to be known as one of the big stables of Dallas nightlife or entertainment. We offer Security Services along with a safe sprinter van services that would get you to and from an event safely.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I guess the most surprising thing people would find out about me is my background hasn’t always been in protection. I was a Finance guy for years here in Dallas. I always did security on the side but it wasn’t my main focus.
