Hi Sarah, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
When I graduated from Texas A&M last August, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. I have always loved clothes and knew I wanted to do something in the fashion industry. That’s when I decided to open 295 Boutique! It’s very special to me because the number 295 is the address of the house I grew up in. Now I travel all over Dallas and do pop-up shows!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Running a business has definitely been a challenge. You learn a lot as you go but it is always rewarding at the end!
We’ve been impressed with 295 Boutique, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Here at 295 Boutique, we want to make women feel confident in the clothes they wear. Clothes should be a way to express yourself, so we try to find quality pieces that our customers will love! Since we are an online boutique we offer fast and free shipping anywhere in the U.S. We specialize in women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I think that my passion to make the boutique a success is what has helped me keep going. All I do is think about ways to make the boutique bigger and better!
