Hi Laura, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I have always been fascinated by all things beauty related. And had a vast career in the Beauty Industry, working in many different capacities. I felt that there was a void in the marketplace for an all-inclusive brand that truly checked off all the boxes of what the consumer was craving while delivering real results. Apollo and Artemis Beauty by Equality® is a vegan, clean beauty, cruelty-free skincare line for all skin types and genders. We utilize green chemistry and biotechnology, as well as, a proprietary fermentation process creating formulations that deliver real results. We are leaping bunny and PETA approved. Female-owned and operated and proudly made in the USA.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nope. There have been and still are a multitude of struggles, most importantly breaking into a hugely competitive industry. Supply chains, shipping, and an increase in the cost of raw materials all pose struggles. And personally, maintaining joy for your business during challenging times can be a struggle at times.

I love Dallas! Everyone is so welcoming and engaging. When you go out people are always eager to engage in conversation and learn more about each other’s business. I have been amazed by how many people have embraced my brand. And people are always looking to collaborate. It’s amazing. I am still adjusting to the Tex Mex food lol. But overall, everything is great!
