Today we’d like to introduce you to Abigail Maldonado.
Hi Abigail, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started lashing back in 2019; I practiced on mannequins & with friends and family till I was happy. Coming out of beauty school to become my own boss eventually full time was mind-blowing. I still went for it … I love creating beautiful art out of these beautiful unique women, till this day I love doing what I do. I even came out with our own DLS lash brand & educational workshops of beginner artists & master artists.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth ride. When changing your career from being in the ophthalmology filed to the beauty industry big difference. Working an 8 am – 5 pm job to working NON-STOP. It’s definitely a change well worth it.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I don’t specialize in any aspect of lashing I love it all, from being the lash artist lashing clients all day to creating my own brand and educating fellow lash artists.
