Today we’d like to introduce you to Vicki Rodriguez.
Hi Vicki, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
Originally from Waco, Texas, I moved closer to the Dallas area 5 years ago. I am a small business owner and also a lifestyle influencer/blogger on social media. Before I started focusing on my small business, my passion has always been creating content and becoming a video creator. Social media has been molding my platform and helping me get to know so many people. I started YouTube in 2019. As a parent, I just started to look into doing more in giving other parents ideas of things to do with their children around the city. Activities, events, etc., so we created our YouTube channel. Our channel was my first hands experience on creating content. I am very proud of what we created because, to me, this opened branding deals for me and my family. New partnerships, New Collaborations, New friendships, and new marketing partners. My Instagram is growing and branding started to become my passion and that is how So Gracious by Vicki was created. I am planning on hopefully having my first jewelry vending machine in the area hopefully soon.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’ll tell you that off days don’t really happen for me. I work 24/7. I’ve also had to do a lot of sacrificing along the road. But I’m not going to lie the blessings of being able to do things that are fun with my family and get paid for it at that is definitely so worth it.

I specialize in creating content on social media. I partner with businesses and brands throughout the United States and create content and or advertise for others. I put a lot of love into my content as a mom of 4 kids I know how expensive things can be when you want to take your family out. So, my channel gives parents ideas of things to do or what to expect without breaking the bank.

I always turn a bad opportunity into a good opportunity. I try not to let many things affect my life and business life. I always try to keep positive with all our experiences. We’ve had so many opportunities to meet so many awesome business partners through the years that I am so thankful for.
