Today we’d like to introduce you to Grace Bransom.
Hi Grace, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I have always loved the Lord and for as long as I can remember I have had a passion for writing, speaking, and simply creating. I started writing my first book, “The Words He Used” when I was a senior in high school, and I got the amazing privilege to publish in February of my freshman year of college. Immediately after my release, I started a podcast by the same name, and have had the opportunity to interview some incredible people. My latest project is a book called “Lattes at Midnight” which is a collection of poetry I have written, and that will be coming out in February of 2023. I am only 18, so I still have a ton of time to explore tons of different mediums of creativity, and I plan to do so!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Lots of people wanted to count me out due to my age, but I believe my youth is my power. My brain is new, soft, and malleable, so I believe I am in a perfect stage of life to create things like I have
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Essentially, I love to write and talk, so I made it my job! I am most proud of my first book because I know it has allowed people to expand their minds and learn that Jesus is a lot cooler than we made him out to be. As the title suggests, I just want to echo “the words He used”. If the words are simply mine, they have no value, but when my words are seasoned with the Lord’s inspiration and grace, they could change everything.
What makes you happy?
Anything and everything, and I truly mean that! It might sound cliche, but finding true joy is all about mindset. Beautiful things are all around us if we look for them, and that is what makes me truly happy!
