Today we’d like to introduce you to Serenity LeMagi.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hello! I am Serenity LeMagi a local Tarot reader & Spiritual advisor/practioner from Arlington Texas.
I have always been fascinated with magic; I also always had this urge to read the cards. My Grandmother is extremely spiritual, my Great Grandmother was as well and passed on many of her teachings to my grandmother & her siblings, she did not and does not read cards. I want to make sure I state that. There was 5 of them and they all used different forms of divination. It’s so important to speak with your elders about the past, if it’s not blood that doesn’t matter, family isn’t always blood.
My grandmother is my inspiration, she prays for so many, those who yet to know of her.
My grandmother always prays that the people may find love and kindness in their hearts to be there for 1 another, may they be comforted in times of suffering by helping each other. That they will recognize it’s not our world that is darkness but our people. she prays for many so heavily she sheds tears for the unknown as she feels them, she wishes that people will feel it over them. That’s what she passed to me, her compassion, her love. as I too can feel the pain of others My grandmother’s prayers will be heard, it’s what she asked for and I will help share them.

I also would like to mention in dealings with magic it’s always important to find a great mentor. I am very proud to say I have mentored under Tom Schick. He is a well-known tarot reader/practioner out of Dallas. He has so much knowledge and I am honored & grateful for his teachings and his friendship. Merlin has always been my favorite character, He is merlin to me, I love the way I can see magic surround him and his work is amazing. He can do great things. I often recommend him for court cases and also for husbands that need help with various things, we work well with couples as I think it’s helpful and more comforting to have the energies of Feminine and masculine that are well knowledgeable in magic, life, and spiritual warfare makes all the difference.
I study all forms of magic not to perform all but to educate myself on what I & others may be dealing with. I truly believe people do not realize the powerful affects that can happen to a person that has no faith and doesn’t consider themselves protected by any source. I like to share what I learn about that.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I wouldn’t say it’s been all smooth. At first, everyone thinks you’re crazy getting into tarot LOL. I do a lot of studying and writing for the work I do.
I would say learning the following really helped me
Allowing myself to live free from judgements of others
Accepting people for who they are – not who I would like them to be
Understanding we are all on a journey – to each our own pace.
When I first started out, I had fears of public speaking, I got involved with various women’s groups that gave opportunity to speak about things I was passionate about, it helped me so much, and something else others don’t know is I am actually camera shy. I have been working on that by doing various interviews with individuals that are business owners. It has really help me to warm up to the camera.

I use tarot cards as a form of divination as well as ritual magic to help with healing & releasing traumas that have deeply affected one.
I believe that we do have power to help ourselves heal, and we absolutely have the power to change our own lives.
I offer 1×1 in-person & online Tarot readings, as well as 1×1 spiritual sessions to discuss helpful ways of dealing with traumatic stress. Meditation & prayer is extremely important and is utilized in my session, it’s a huge key as it feeds our soul & faith. I am so proud to see people restoring faith, learning boundaries & feeling encouraged to take steps to become whole with oneself.
I also create custom candles, jewelry, incense blends for altars & pocket charms
I feel what sets me apart is my genuine love for people. I love seeing happy people.
I am not a licensed therapist and do not give advice as one. I Show others how to set realistic goals for themselves.
Risk-taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I believe that some risk are meant to be taken, some are good risk. After 14 years of working for a corporate company, I am no longer with the company and I do not plan to work for another corporate company. Collaborate maybe LOL but to work for another one no. I’d rather have 5 small businesses following my dreams & purpose than go back. It’s a risk I am willing to take and faith that I am provided for, I believe we are all designed to be able to offer some type of good or service.
