Saba, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
What started as a passion for helping the non-profit organizations that I was associated with, turned into a business of helping other local businesses and organizations attract their digital audience. I was always involved in the design industry with a degree in Information Science, I helped build websites and worked as a UX developer for a few years. As life happened, I took a break to tend to my 3 lovely kids. As my kids grew up so did my involvement in my local mosque helping them drive their social media engagement. I made content for them which garnered a lot of engagement and spearheaded their page with thousands of followers. As my popularity grew more nonprofits came to me to build their campaigns on digital media. Local businesses saw my work and asked me to build their brand for their upcoming businesses and today I am grateful to have gotten so much love and support from the local community. Perfect Deen Design started in early 2021 and there is no looking back since. Perfect Deen which literally translates to ‘Perfect Faith’ was build on the goodwill and faith of my clients who trust me to deliver the best with utmost professionalism and care for their brand!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It was not easy to start a small business and there was always skepticism from friends and family. ‘Oh this is a highly competitive field!’ ‘You know teenagers are doing this, you can never keep up with the new technology’. You face a lot of self-doubts. But one of my mentors said, ‘ Keep on manifesting where you want to be in life and God has its ways of finding it for you’.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Perfect Deen Design?
Perfect Deen Design started in early 2021 catering to the non-profit organizations I was involved in at that time. As more and more people got to know me and my work, that’s when I decided that this can be a viable business opportunity for me. We started with making digital flyers and today have expanded into branding and building marketing content for our clients. Our uniqueness lies in our ability to understand and build a connection with our clients to know exactly what they want. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and the extra mile we are willing to run for our clients to ensure they get the best there is out there.
We are experts in brand logo design, social media content design, digital flyers, and designing different types of marketing materials like business card, banners, and merch. We also design prints for your family and homes. Our Design motto is ‘Let your creativity run free reign!’

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Any business requires calculated risks. I believe that if you don’t go out of your comfort zone then there is no growth. When you are comfortable where you are in the business know that there are others who are crushing it in the same industry.
