Juliana and her husband Joel both have been huge and passionate animal lovers since a very young age. It has always been of a dream for Juliana to one day own a business where Juliana can work and play with animals all day. Since Juliana was a young girl, Juliana would rescue dogs that lived on the streets or that were abandoned. Juliana would feed them and take care of them.

It all started when Juliana Marius decided to leave her 11 year old job working as a Sr. Paralegal for a law firm to pursue her passion working in with animals. A neighbor asked Juliana if Juliana could pet sit her dog while she goes on vacation for a week. Juliana accepted the job as a pet sitter and that is how Sparta Pet Sitters was born. After the neighbor came back, she was so impressed with how Juliana took care of her dog that she started hiring Juliana for daily dog walks and for pet sitting. The word started spreading like wildfire and it got to a point where Juliana started hiring and training passionate animal lovers in Plano and surrounding areas.

Sparta Pet Sitters became a trusted brand name in Plano, TX and surrounding areas for pet sitting and dog walking services. Clients continued to spread the word about Sparta Pet Sitters and how Juliana provided great pet care services to their pets. The business continued to grow successfully and with its demand for current and new pet care services, Juliana decided to expand its footprint and add additional services such as pet taxi or transportation services.

On June 20, 2016, Sparta Pet Palazzo was born. Juliana and her husband took a big leap of faith to open a pet care facility that would provide a wide variety of pet care services and provide an environment where pets can play all day. Juliana’s father who is from Italy, recommended that she named her business, “THE PALAZZO.” Juliana took that idea and named the pet care facility, “Sparta Pet Palazzo.” Palazzo in Italian means palace.

Sparta Pet Palazzo is over 35,000 square feet. Over 10,000 square feet of space inside and over 25,000 square feet of outdoor space. Providing pet care services such as dog boarding, cat boarding, dog daycare, pet concierge, pet grooming and dog training.

Both Sparta Pet Palazzo and Sparta Pet Sitters continue to provide the best pet care services possible in Plano, TX and surrounding areas. The business has over 25 employees who love and enjoy working with animals. Has partnered with local shelters and pet rescue centers in North Dallas, has provided pet care services hundreds of pet owners in Plano, TX and surrounding areas.

Sparta Pet Palazzo is over 35,000 square feet and it took a long time to get Sparta Pet Palazzo for opening day. Juliana is also always learning and looking for ways to make Sparta Pet Palazzo better, more convenient for the clients and a safer place for the pets that come to Sparta Pet Palazzo.

Working with pets can sometimes be a challenge because pets don’t speak our language but we as people need to learn and understand their language. At Sparta Pet Sitters, we provide pet owners advanced digital journals that Sparta Pet Sitters provide at the end of each pet sitting or dog walking visit. This shows the pet owner what happened during that visit and our pet sitters also include pictures of their pets for the specific pet sitting or dog walking service.
