Today we’d like to introduce you to Shawn’Kyara Sears.
Hi Shawn’Kyara, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I started my real-estate journey 2016. I decided to get my real-estate license, it didn’t work out for me that year, but I could only image what was to come. My husband and I purchased a brand-new home from the ground as first-time home buyers, and that day we closed, I knew that I wanted to help others do the same thing. In 2020 I went for it again, and I got my real estate license. I’m now a license Realtor with the state of Texas and expert at first-time home buyers’ programs.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I must say that was one of the toughs years I had from having a baby, planning a wedding, and losing my brother. Then betting everything on yourself still working a full-time job with stress goals to meet. The best thing I did through this time was pray and thank my husband. I prevailed through it all!
