Coaching surfaced through my many years in the field of education. This skill has proved to be incredibly effective when partnering with campus stakeholders for the good of the students. What I find to be amazing is that the same coaching skills I use in education also transfers to life and business.
I’ve been blessed with opportunities to grow my coaching skills with a company who is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am currently working towards my PCC credential.
My passion for doing this very thing has led me to where I am today, Founder and CEO of Spread Your Sparkle Coaching & Consulting. ✨
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a new business comes with challenges of its own. However, I see it as an opportunity to have a greater testimony. I believe that we are blessed with stories, skills, and talents to help someone else along the way. Perhaps our most impactful story we will tell is how we prevailed.
