Brittney, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Opening our doors in May of 2020, we started as a “covid company” – fully remote in the middle of a pandemic. Turning 2 clients into 56 in the 2.5 years, BGD Digital Marketing is honored to be the first place businesses turn to launch and modernize.
BGD Digital Marketing specializes in Branding for businesses through Social Media Management, Branding, and Consulting. We want all Business owners to believe in the American dream through sustainable branding. The branding packages we provide launch new Businesses every day.
At BGD we believe that every business (and business owner) has an intrinsic magic. Our goal is to “illuminate” each Business Owner’s proprietary talent. We do this through 3 main packages: 1. Comprehensive Branding 2. Social Media Management 3. Marketing Consulting.
BGD Digital Marketing has tremendous opportunity in that we are often the first investment Business Owners make to modernize their marketing. Because of this, we take seriously their pathway to profitability, creating a workable and goal-focused strategy, and our unmatched Business advocacy for every client every time. Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been smooth sailing, but it is a struggle that is so worth the bumps and bruises along the way. One of the biggest struggles I have had to overcome is that in 2022, my leadership style, womanhood, and business ownership looks different from the leaders I grew up with; especially in a social media focused world. As a Latina single-mother business owner, there is unfortunately still not an overflowing pool of women in my area I can glean from or gain business advice; although once I find them, I never let go! If I am being honest, many of the leaders in our Marketing space are older men who operate in a business model that no longer works for businesses of 2023. I’ve overcome this challenge by committing myself and my team to celebrate our differences, take pride in our proprietary strengths, and allow ourselves to be the thought leaders we are just as we are. Now we lean into our own personal perspective of leadership while soaking up all the wisdom we can, and remain devoted to spearheading the new generation of leaders being ushered in every day.
