Meet Belle Grubb

Today we’d like to introduce you to Belle Grubb.

Hi Belle, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
At the age of 16, I graduated high school with an associate’s degree, followed by a bachelor’s degree in theology at the age of 19. Now, I am finalizing a master’s degree in leadership at the age of 21. Throughout this entire process, social media was always a place of inspiration in my life and started to become a source of income as a side hustle. After getting married in 2021, I moved to Texas and started a career with Project Rescue, a non-profit ministry that supports survivors of modern slavery.

Life was good on paper, but so often I dreaded my daily routines, and I was feeling drained and fatigued. One day, I realized that this is not the way I wanted to live life. Inspiration struck and I started on a journey of reclaiming my time, habits, and life. I began reading development books, working on my physical and mental health and started creating a life that I was excited to live again.

It was through this process that I realized so many women were in a cycle of going through the motions of their days instead of embracing their amazing and unique lives. This is where the podcast and brand Inspired Lady came into existence! I host weekly Wednesday conversations on how to live an inspired life through healthy habits, strengthened faith, and everyday tips that leave listeners feeling encouraged and prepared to start living their best life TODAY! Each episode is full of practical advice, next steps, and empowering inspiration for every day.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Failure is something that I despise but have always been able to learn from. I am not sure anyone truly likes to fail, but how you respond to failure matters. When I was a college freshman, I tried creating a podcast and failed miserably. I did not have a schedule, lacked organization, and struggled to communicate who I wanted to talk to and what I wanted to say. It took me 3 years in order to recover from that struggle and feel equipped to try again. My journey has looked incredibly different with Inspired Lady where I have boundaries in place to protect my time, my messaging is clearer, and the ILP listeners continue to be overwhelmingly supportive!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Inspired Lady is the brand and podcast I created last year which ultimately came from a place of need in my own personal life. I found that the Christian-based podcasts I was listening to were dense and not full of tangible information but picture themes. Similarly, I was an avid listener of “self-help” podcasts that taught me facts and steps to achieve the life I desired, but they did not have the faith elements I often looked for as a Christian woman. While I was on my journey to creating an inspired life for myself that I was excited to live, I realized there was this space in the podcasting world. I spent months learning tools, listening to ideas, and curating a brand that would allow women an area to find the motivation to chase their dream lives that glorify God.

I teach health tips, lifestyle habits, positive routines, and how to strengthen relationships with each other and God. Every Wednesday, we discuss topics that leave the listener feeling rejuvenated for their week and motivated to continue chasing their dreams!

Women from all over the world are being inspired every week and I am beyond excited about the ways that we continue to grow as a community that supports each other.
