Check Out Qiana Abrams’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Qiana Abrams.

Hi Qiana, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
It all started with a picture comment! Lol to be it real, I became a fitness professional because I was bullied about my body after having my son. It sucked but it really did help light the fire under my butt to want to help other moms get out of the darkness that is postpartum and how we view our bodies after we have babies! I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem so I know how extremely hard it can be to pull yourself up from these things – especially as a mom! Fitness has really changed my life! It’s not just physical but it’s mental as well. Being able to conquer this and transform my body in the process really pushed me to want to help other moms and women in general who are struggling with these same issues. It’s a true passion of mine to see women I help develop a true and new confidence about themselves because I know that exact feeling. I encourage, I motivate, and I inspire because I love fitness and the sheer confidence it brings

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been smooth at all, when I was ready to take my business full time, the pandemic hit right after moving to Texas from Michigan so that really had me down. Months and months of being isolated took a toll on me. But then the pandemic started to clear up and I was confident again and super excited to take my brand on full time and then BAM, a severe snowstorm that completely flooded my entire apartment and I lost everything I owned. After feeling like I was at rock bottom, I wanted to show myself and my kids that anything I set my mind to, I can do it. And then Visual Que Fitness really took off. I buckled down, got really determined, and made some serious magic where I’m leaving my print on the world. I love to see it

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I specialize in confidence-building and restoring mojos lol. But in all seriousness, I am a certified personal trainer, a trained dancer, and a fitness nutrition coach. I’m more known as the dancing personal trainer on TikTok and social media. And it’s who I am really am and I get to showcase my true personality, which is what I’m most proud of. My energy and my passion sets me apart. There’s no other trainers that have content like me, and I love that.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5-10 years I see Visual Que Fitness expanding to a bigger online fitness coaching brand. I see myself doing boot camps all over the world incorporating dance and music and motivation! I see myself being happy, being fine as hell, and keeping my foot on their necks.
