Inspiring Conversations with Sasha Kirsanov of Licensed Real Estate Agent – DFW Realtor

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sasha Kirsanov.

Hi Sasha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I worked for Realpage (a property management software company) in Richardson for about 3 years from 2017 to 2021. Really enjoyed working in the multifamily real estate space.

I purchased my first property in 2021 year with encouragement and support from my mom. As my family grew and I ended up needing a yard for my pup, turned it into an Airbnb for a while and then it became a long-term rental property. Managing an Airbnb for a while was definitely a good learning experience and now, I am enjoying being a landlord.

In 2022, I purchased my 2nd property with my significant other and it is now our current home where we are happily living with our 2 dogs.

Throughout all these experiences I’ve fallen in love with the real estate industry as I’ve experienced various aspects of it from different angles.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Juggling a real estate career along with a full-time corporate job is probably the biggest obstacle that I deal with on a regular basis. As I continue to grow my career in the corporate world, I learn many things constantly and those skills I continue to develop definitely help me in slowly building my real-estate business. Therefore, here are definitely many positive aspects to juggling both. I try to give equal attention to both jobs and I work very hard to make sure that I don’t slack or lag behind in either. It is a constant challenge that I strive to improve more and more each day that goes by.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I love homeownership and I believe that everyone from all walks of life deserve their own place to call home and that is what I hope to find for everyone that I work with. The real estate industry is always changing and one day is never the same as another which keeps things exciting and never dull.

I get to meet and work with so many different people from all over and it’s amazing to get to connect with so many people from different cultures, backgrounds, and places. This is my absolute favorite part about my new career as a licensed realtor in DFW.
