Life & Work with Olivia Chapa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivia Chapa.

Olivia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My husband Eddie and I started back in 2019 making custom vinyl t-shirts. We were making t-shirts for about a year before I started making custom glitter tumblers. I remember seeing a post on Facebook where someone asked if anyone made custom tumblers and I had mentioned it to my husband. He told me “You should give it a try.” So, he gave me the push to get started on tumblers. From there, I started practicing and posting my content on Instagram. Posting on social media has really helped us grow our business and allowed us to connect with some amazing people in the crafting community and amazing customers. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for O&E Designs…

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Owning a small business isn’t easy. We had to work hard to grow our brand and get our name out there. It hasn’t been easy but staying consistent even on the rough days has really helped. I believe that we have come along way because of consistency and staying true to ourselves and our brand.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
O&E Designs creates custom vinyl t-shirts, glitter tumblers, and pens. It makes me proud to see how happy our customers are when they receive their products. This isn’t just a hobby; this is a passion, and to be able to create something beautiful for someone is a great feeling.

Any big plans?
In the future, I hope to add more RTS (ready-to-ship) items to our shop. I love creating custom orders, but I would also like to incorporate items that give me full creativity.
