Hidden Gems: Meet Aniya Clark

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aniya Clark.

Hi Aniya, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I knew real estate was something I had a passion for ever since my freshman year of high school. December of 2021, I decided to get started with taking the real estate courses. It was a very stressful process but I ended up passing my test and getting my license December 2022. I knew I was not giving up on something I had a passion for, even though most people would. Moving forward, we are here today in 2023, and I’m loving being a realtor here in the DFW!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was not a smooth road at all. At the time I started my courses, I was finishing my last semester of college. Also, it was just a stressful process. I was putting so much work and pressure on myself it took a toll on me. When it came down to taking the exams, I passed the state portion on the first try and the national portion I passed on the 5th attempt. So, it was a long and stressful process.

We’ve been impressed with realtor, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I help people find their dream home! Most have a goal of moving into a beautiful house, so I’m here to help. Something that sets me apart from others is my work ethic and personality. Most people are in this business just for the money. This has been something I’ve always wanted to do. When there is a goal that my clients and I are working towards, I’m going full force for them. Plus, I keep the connection with my clients. I’m proud of what this business will teach me, and I can’t to see the new doors it will open for me later. I would love for people to know when you work with me, you are also building a connection because I make sure my clients know they are in good hands!
