Inspiring Conversations with Ariel Campbell of Healing With Ariel

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ariel Campbell.

Hi Ariel, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I started off my career in massage therapy, I loved it. It opened up a whole new world for me. I loved learning about how the body worked and ways to try to help people get out of pain. Although I was at the top of my game, a well-known therapist in the DFW area, I still wasn’t satisfied. I was suffering from chronic pain, depression, and anxiety myself and my clients also kept coming back with the same chronic issues. I kept thinking, “is this it? Are we all just stuck like this?” This level of healing wasn’t good enough for me. I had had enough. I felt stuck. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and worn out by seeing others around me suffer.

Whole body healing was not only a desire but a necessity. I tried the talk therapy route, after numerous years, I was still struggling to have lasting change, I set out on a path to heal myself and find ways to help others heal greater.

Following many years of seeking and clinical practice, I finally had a breakthrough. I stumbled upon multiple modalities that enlightened me on how to quickly and efficiently change the body and mind. I began understanding that many people are seeking help but aren’t able to find the lasting change that they are looking for. Many of our modern-day approaches to “healing” are all band-aid solutions; (meds that make you more ill, fad diets that cause eating disorders, seminars and conventions that promise breakthroughs only to fizzle out when the weekend is over, etc.) The solutions people so desperately needed were nowhere to be found. I knew that I wanted to be an instrument for effective and lasting change.

Through my own self-actualization and over 8 years of training under some of the top leaders in their fields, I have synthesized some of the best parts of their work to help others to also find safety, healing, and flourishment.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Running a small business has its own learning curves. I am a one-man operation. I am the consultant, healer, scheduler, marketer, accountant, and everything in between. I am thankful to be surrounded by such an amazing support system. I couldn’t do this deep work without the support of my partner and close friends.

I think the biggest challenge I faced on the road to creating a meaningful career was paralyzing self-doubt. I was always afraid of what other people would think of me or if I was even capable of unveiling the most vulnerable parts of a person’s life.

Once I broke the bonds of generational-trauma and healed my deeply seeded patterns, I began to fully step into my power. That’s when reality started to shift and mold around me; helping people became an easeful natural evolution of doing my own inner work.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about Healing With Ariel?
At the root of my practice, I help people transform their lives for the better. I specialize in breakthroughs and helping people get “unstuck” by excavating the root cause of a thought, event, or subconscious pattern; thereby relieving the problem that the client is experiencing.

This is a journey for people who are tired of their same old loops, who are truly ready and committed to doing the necessary work to enact lasting change for themselves and their entire lineage. This journey is also for people who have no idea where to start but know something isn’t right.

I use an Emotional Somatic Approach unlike many others. The most profound and deeply rooted change one can make comes from clearing destructive patterns out of the way so that the body can heal itself.

95% of all our behavior is controlled by the unconscious mind, and only 5% of our behavior is controlled from the conscious mind.

Think about that.

Only 5% of our everyday thoughts, behaviors, and actions are controlled by conscious, intentional thought. The rest is being run on autopilot from our unconscious with two goals in mind; safety and survival.

If a person really wants lasting change, they have to tap into the inner workings of their subconscious mind and discover what the fundamental cause is that is running the undesirable “programs”.

In session, we work on 3 levels of emotional resets. Resetting subconscious beliefs, removing trapped emotions from the physical body, and downregulating trauma-induced emotions.

My method can be more effective than traditional talk therapy because the focus is not on analyzing the thoughts, but figuring out where in the body it has been stored.

For many people, that can be scary to explore, but I do an amazing job helping my clients find safety while they process the big triggers. I never sugarcoat the truth. My clients don’t experience anything less than raw, unfiltered conversations. They often say It’s refreshing.

My clients can participate in profound transformation from anywhere in the world; all they need is Wi-Fi and a laptop. The sessions are done virtually or in person at my office in Dallas, Texas at The Health Collective.

I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation prior to working together.

Here, you can discover more about my work and if the two of us would be a good fit.
