Meet Elena Fedorchenko-Tsukanova

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elena Fedorchenko-Tsukanova.

Hi Elena, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi! My name is Elena, and I am 36 years old. Me and my family have moved to the USA 7 years ago from Italy. We lived there for a few years. Originally, we all are from Moscow, Russia. I love place where we live now and the people here in Dallas!

All my life, I have been connected to two things: design and social media. These things were always a part of my life, sometimes more, sometimes less.

In Russia, I was an interior designer for commercial spaces, and here in the US, I met my friend, and we founded an interior design company and worked together for two years. But I also always wanted to be a blogger, to influence and motivate people to make their lives better. I’m still in the interior design business for a little while, but since it’s not easy to focus on two jobs, I made a decision to try myself as a professional blogger. So, since January 1, 2023, I made a post on my Instagram, where I said that I’ve decided to become an influencer, and I’m starting to grow my Instagram. Since then, I show my lifestyle on Instagram, doing what I like to do and enjoying my life like never before. I am slowly gaining followers and loving each of them. I’m improving my social media skills every day. My goal is to have as many followers as I can attract, to be able to share my life, knowledge, energy, and positivity with them, and influence them to change their lives for the better.

Since I made this my full-time job, of course, I want to monetize my Instagram. Currently, I’m working on improving my digital content and collaborating with brands and other bloggers. And I really enjoy it!

My plans for the next year or two include:

* Organizing blogger events, stylish masterminds, breakfasts, or even retreats outside of the city.

* Improving my digital content to look stylish, cohesive, and attractive.

* Collaborating with famous brands (I have my own brand, Wishlist).

* Having a salary about the same as I made as a designer.

* Reaching 50K followers.

* Creating and selling my own course on SketchUp and AutoCAD.

* Starting to write a course about Instagram Growth.

I have very ambitious plans, and I’m sure I can make them happen. It’s all about patience, hard work, and ability to enjoy what you do.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
My biggest challenge is English. Until recently, I was scared to talk in English with people. I was always thinking that they are judging me. Also, it’s not easy to show yourself on camera to talk in stories. But I’m overcoming my fears and not letting them hold me back, even when I feel scared.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in creating digital content on Instagram, including reels, posts, and stories that showcase trendy outfits. I post all the links to my outfits to special platform LTK, and my followers can easily find any products that they see on my Instagram.

As a lifestyle and fashion blogger, I am known for my positive energy and my willingness to share it with my friends and followers, as well as my unique sense of style and design. In addition to my fashion content, I also have expertise in interior design, which has allowed me to share my knowledge and offer private consultations to those interested in learning design software. Currently, I am in the process of creating my own course on SketchUp.

I am most proud of the community I have built through my blog and social media channels, as well as the impact I have had on my followers’ lives. My authenticity and transparency in sharing my experiences and insights sets me apart from others in the industry.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out.
I would say that first thing is to become confident, you need to work on it, but it really will help you. Second, try to find people with similar interests, go to bloggers events, or at least communicate online! It’s the best! One big advice – don’t buy followers 🤣 After, you will have to pay to remove those bots.
