Hi Kecia , we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
My name is Kecia McKenzie, and I am a licensed physical therapist in the greater DFW area. I graduated from TWU Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2014, and I have worked as a sports medicine therapist for the last 8 years. In 2019, my business partner and former Dallas Cowboys/NFL player, Kavon Frazier, and I started our own business called Built4It Athletics. We specialized in sport performance training, professional offseason programs, adult and youth fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. Since then, we acquired two more similar training facilities and have merged the businesses, now known collectively as APEC. APEC is a performance training center that hosts a variety of NFL, MLB, NBA, UFC fighters and more; as well as an active youth and adult population for training and medical services.

Jacob Grapevine, DDS has been a great friend to us and I know you’ve got a great relationship as well. Maybe you can tell our audience a bit about Jacob Grapevine, DDS and your experience with them.
I was referred to Dr. Grapevine by my best friend Monique, who had used Dr. Grapevine in the past and had the most stunning results, that have lasted now over three years. I have always been self conscious about my smile, despite years of braces and teeth whitening strategies. I was seeking a smile upgrade, but not ready to fully commit to veneers. I found out about Dr. Grapevine and his new technology for a smile upgrade/transformation and was immediately blown away by the results I saw via pictures and videos, and live testimony from my friend.
I started the treatment process in February of 2023, and I could not be more pleased with how stream lined and organized the process was, but even more importantly, how amazing the staff and Dr. Grapevine are. The nature of my business requires me to do a lot of social media content, videos, pictures, and marketing for my business. Now that I am confident in my smile, the quality of the content I am producing has gone way up! I am not as shy in front of the camera anymore, and my confidence has grown tremendously. Throughout the entire process, I genuinely felt that Dr. Grapevine and his staff just wanted to help me find my best self, which aligns with the motto of my business as well.
