Today we’d like to introduce you to Kris Williams.
Kris, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As a child, I was always known as the kid with the wildest dreams. I was very different from my surroundings, and I’ve always had a deep ambition to accomplish things that people around me thought to be impossible or simply too much. Moreover, I had a fiery passion for exploring unknown territory. My mother was a very hardworking woman and encouraged me to explore my wildest dreams regardless of what anyone else said. It was a blessing for me to have her and my sister in my corner to support my passion to go the distance within any endeavor of my choice. This passion led me to accomplish things in my life, such as earning a full scholarship to play college football for Texas Tech University, jumping from planes with the 82nd Airborne Division, flying planes with the US Aviation Academy, and starting two very successful health coaching and construction businesses. Some of my peers would consider my drive to tap into untapped potential “borderline insanity.” However, I enjoy the thrill of it all. I was also able to witness firsthand the payoff of hard work and fiery passion in the Bullitt family. As a kid, Jerry and Melvin Bullitt took me into their small athletic training facility and highly encouraged me to be great every single day. Later in life, it was an honor for me to watch their organization grow tremendously into what is today known as The Jerry Bullitt Training Facility. Finally, after watching firsthand the transformation of Terrance Bullitt and his wife Cassie and how they contributed to growing their family’s business really pushed me over the edge into starting my own two businesses in the year 2020.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road begins very bumpy and full of trial and error. One could say that I’ve failed countless times before getting to this point in my life. However, I have never been the guy to see failure as failure. Failure is simply time to reflect and come back out on the attack with newly acquired knowledge. My first business as a health coach failed while I was in the Army in 2017. For three years, I failed at getting my businesses off the ground. I realized along this journey that I had to grow myself before my business ideas could ever grow. Therefore, I begin putting all money that I made into educating myself on the systems that surrounded me. I went on to increase my value as a health coach by learning and acquiring certifications in many different areas of study. Moreover, in 2018 I saw great opportunities within the field of construction and begin investing in acquiring construction knowledge along this path. Lastly, while in the army, I began taking psychology courses to gain a deeper understanding of how people operate. My businesses started to run by 2020, and by 2023 my businesses have started to sprint.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
On a day-to-day basis, I build homes for a major company, remodel/upgrade homes for clients, represent investors & home buyers/sellers in real estate transactions, and help clients to achieve health goals. G.I. Home Detailing Co is my primary company that comes in after old and new homes close, perfecting all imperfections within the home. At G.I. Home Detailing Co, we do everything that you could possibly think of regarding houses, such as upgrades, deep cleaning, paint touch-ups, remodels, renovation, & offer superior customer service. G.I. Home Detailing gets any job done quickly, and we communicate with our clients every single day. Ethereal Health Co is the second organization where I employ four health coaches and a chef. Ethereal Health provides meal-prepping services and in-home or facility personal fitness training. Ethereal Health is a unique organization because we can combine personal training with meal prep service at an affordable rate!
Lastly, as a licensed real estate professional, I represent individuals in all real estate transactions. Moreover, as a professional homebuilder, I can add a great deal of value to residential real estate because I have many construction crews in my arsenal to increase the value of any property for some of the cheapest rates within the industry.
The amazing thing about the services that we offer is that we have built substantial success off of word of mouth alone!
