Community Highlights: Meet Tracy Dawson of The Lucky One Agency

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracy Dawson. 

Hi Tracy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my entrepreneurship journey at the age of 16. I was young ambitious, and passionately pursuing my dreams with little to any knowledge at all. It took serving the people around me for years working long days and even longer nights to make sure I was always on top. A few years and 10,000 hours later, I was able to start and build my very own agency servicing individuals from all walks of business life. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The journey to success, or whatever you’re aspiring to be is never and will never be an easy one. But like one of my mentors told me adversity creates integrity and character. I came to realize in my journey that the trials and the constant learning curves was all a part of making and building a strong business for myself. Knowing how to deal with the ups and the downs in business isn’t to prove that you don’t know something or not good at it. It’s to show you a better way of doing things and how to be prepared when you face them. 

We’ve been impressed with The Lucky One Agency, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Lucky One Agency was founded with the simple goal of uplifting and empowering fellow entrepreneurs.  The journey of the Lucky One Agency Legacy draws wisdom from numerous individuals from unique walks of life and various calibers of businesses.  Lucky One has used that knowledge to achieve success in consulting, digital advertising, project management, networking, and promoting others. Lucky One wants to be a staple in its community and serve the visions that serve the people. 

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up.
My favorite childhood memory would have to be when I snuck away from home in high school to go out of state to visit a networking conference for a company I became part of in my early walks of entrepreneurship. I was able to see the world outside of my world, meet new people, try foods and restaurants I have watched on tv. It was the one memorable moment that changed my life as a young, hungry teenager.
