Hi Jamie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I grew up Sanderson, which is a small town in southwest Texas. Small town life taught me the value of community, enjoying the little things in life and celebrating life well. I earned a business degree at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. I loved attending a smaller University, having close relationships with my professors and being involved with a community that supported each other well. After spending many years in the Texas Panhandle, we relocated to Tyler and again love living in a smaller community. I have been married to my husband, Chris, for almost 23 years and we have two amazing sons Connor and Colton.
When I started Elevated Bridal, I knew right away that every day would be a dreamy day. I’ve always loved all things fashion, as I owned a women’s high-end clothing boutique prior to relocating to East Texas. Being able to work with brides to create their perfect wedding wardrobe is a dream come true. From the fabric to the silhouette to the embellishments, every detail is important to me. Seeing a bride’s face light up when she puts on the dress of her dreams is an indescribable feeling and brings so much joy. Often times I am brought to tears at how beautiful and happy our brides and their families are.
But it’s not just about the dresses. For me, the bridal business is about celebrating life big. Weddings are all about faith, love, family, and friends coming together to share in a couple’s special day. It’s a time to rejoice, have fun and make memories. As someone who loves to live life to the fullest, being a part of that energy is such an honor. From the moment I meet a bride to the day of her wedding, our priority is to make sure that her Elevated Bridal experience is unforgettable.
I love meeting new people and making connections, and working in the bridal business allows me to do just that. Whether it’s chatting with a bride about her bridal vision or collaborating with other bridal professionals, I love the positive energy of the people around me. And at the end of the day, there’s nothing better than knowing that Elevated Bridal played a small part in creating a beautiful memory that will last a lifetime.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The people in Tyler are simply amazing. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to lend a hand or offer a kind word. And one thing that really stands out about East Texas is how much they love to support local businesses. Our community members understand the importance of shopping locally and supporting their neighbors.
Not only does this support benefit the local economy, but it also creates a sense of togetherness. People in Tyler feel good knowing that they’re contributing to the success of our town. I can attest to the fact that this support truly makes a difference. It’s an incredible feeling knowing that the experience Elevated Bridal offers is appreciated and valued by the community around me. Our community is something truly special, and I feel so blessed to be a part of it.

I believe that the Lord led me to the Bridal world. He took my background in business, my passion for fashion styling, and my love for people and celebrating life and combined them all into this beautiful experience. I feel so grateful to be a part of the bridal industry and to help brides create memories that they’ll treasure for a lifetime. It’s amazing how the pieces of our lives can come together in unexpected ways, fully surrendered, trusting in God’s plan, and using our unique talents and passions to create something truly special.
Working with brides, their families, and the amazingly talented designers in this industry is truly an honor and a privilege. I feel so grateful that the Lord orchestrated this beautiful moment in my life and that I get to be a part of such a special time for so many people. Being able to help brides find the dress of their dreams and create memories that will last a lifetime is an absolute joy, and I feel so blessed to do what I love every day. I’m constantly in awe of the creativity, talent, and kindness of those around me, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to work with such amazing people.
