Hi William, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I have been a real estate attorney for 18 years and have had a passion for donuts. My sons and I go for donuts most every weekend, and we thought we might be able to raise the bar for the classic donut shop. We had the idea to open Rings Donuts + Coffee. We serve high-quality classic donuts and coffee drinks in a hip, modern atmosphere. We use locally roasted beans for our drip coffee and Lavazza for our espresso drinks. Our donuts are made with high-quality ingredients and contain no trans-fat or hydrogenated oils.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We expected to have a learning curve, and we have done a very good job with that. It is challenging to have fresh donuts ready on time every day of the week, but with the effort of our hard-working, talented team, we have been able to accomplish this.
