Today we’d like to introduce you to Hayley & Alexys. They and their team shared their story with us below:
Hayley & Alexys both worked at a few independent grooming salons before Covid hit back in 2020. When Covid hit and everyone was closed, yet people still needed their dogs groomed, we started offering in-home grooming. Lucky for us, the idea took off, and we officially made our services a business.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Lucky for us, business has always been very abundant. Our biggest struggles have been keeping up with clientele demand and adding trustworthy employees.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
We are dog groomers. We specialize in home grooming. We set up inside the client’s home, where the owners and dog can feel most comfortable being able to watch and experience the whole process. Our most common dog we groom is Doodles. What sets us apart from other salons is the in-home factor, along with our quality of groom and level of care we provide the dogs and clients.

We love what we do and are so grateful we get to run and operate a business doing something we love. We love making relationships with the clients, both dog, and human, and being able to groom them at home where they are comfortable.
