Today we’d like to introduce you to Trenton Kelly.
Hi Trenton, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
Argyle Cryo really started kind of as a joke. Myself along with my parents Alisah and Kenny Kelly, started doing cryo for our own recovery as well as my ever-growing sports injuries. eventually, we kinda started jokingly bringing it up as a business opportunity and then for about two years we sat on it, I was still in Highschool at the time, so nothing really was possible for me. At some point, my Dad decided he wanted to throw some skin in the game and ended up buying our first machine which we still have today. I was then trained how to use it and really saw the potential of a business in it. Eventually, we started using our machine on friends and showing them the power of cryo and everyone loved it. We then decided we wanted to this into a legit business. So, we started growing our business out of the front office of our house for about 6-9 months. We did everything there. Eventually, we got to the point that we decided to open a brick-and-mortar studio. So that’s exactly what we did. The first few months of being actually open were definitely a challenge. working long hours and just grinding like everyone who’s been involved with a new business knows. My Dad continued to be the driving force within the business always keeping our behind-the-scenes stuff up and running and continually giving me the drive and wisdom to succeed. Now we just surpassed our first year in business; I am currently 19 years old. We have 3 employees with us and were voted Best of Denton County. Looking forward to many more years of business!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. Of course, working with family will always have a challenge involved with it, as well as my age has made people taking me seriously sometimes extremely difficult. Starting out, it was very difficult to bring money in as any new business knows and so I learned the value of just keep on pushing and not giving up on myself. With the super strong support system behind me in my team and some amazing people Like Kenny and Alisah who have the know-how and have been able to guide us through this process we have all gone through it together
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?

At this point in our lifespan, we want to continue growing our current store and work at making it the best possible client experience we can. From there, we hope to continue into wherever God leads us
