Hi David, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up with a father in insurance. I always idolized how much he cared for his customers and how much of a resource he was to so many families. I didn’t know I wanted to go into insurance, but I knew I wanted to be in a position like my father where I could love my profession and be loved by my clients. Once I graduated from college, I stumbled into an insurance job and fell in love with the day-to-day. I ended up having success, and the clear path from there was to open my own agency. I made the decision to move away from home, and the place that captured my attention was DFW. My wife and I moved to Uptown without knowing a single person and made this our home. I started my business at 25 years old, and I have been working for the past 25 years to become the best at what I do. We opened our doors with 3 employees in our Grand Prairie office, and we have now grown to 45 employees across three offices, being licensed in five states. Our mission is to educate our customers and help them take themselves and their family to the next financial rung. We want to be the destination insurance agency for team members and clients across North Texas. We love what we do, and we bring the fun to insurance!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not! Just like any small business, we have had many struggles. In the early years, it was trying to figure out how to run a business and manage people. We had plenty of turnover and many long nights. Over time, we learned from our mistakes and made changes to find better talent and to keep it. With the improved staffing, we were able to provide an excellent experience for our clients. We have new struggles these days, such as managing a team of nearly fifty, but we love the challenge, and we are getting better at it each day.

We are a local insurance and financial services agency specializing in Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Investment Planning. We are known for our best-in-class products and claims service. We are backed by the largest insurance companies across the US. We have three locations in DFW, while being licensed to service TX, OK, AR, LA, and TN. We have 45 team members to give our clients the best possible experience.
I am most proud of the culture and environment that we have created for our employees and our clients. We have become one of the largest teams in the country for what we do, and we continue to deliver a truly unique experience for our customers. One of the things that truly sets us apart is the customized approach we take to insurance and financial planning. We reach out to every customer every year and offer them an in-person or virtual review of their accounts. This process is hands-on and customized for each customer so that they know they have the best protection possible.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I was very outgoing and immature in my early years until high school, when I got into competitive cheerleading. I was lucky enough to be a part of the top program in the country and learned under one of the best coaches on the planet. He taught me discipline and hard work and gave me a drive to be the best at anything that I do. This led me to the University of Alabama on a cheerleading scholarship, where I was able to continue my competitive routine. These eight years truly set the foundation for the man I am today in my business and personal life.
