Daily Inspiration: Meet Ramon Odunsi

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ramon Odunsi.

Ramon Odunsi

Ramon, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Throughout my years in college and after I graduated from UNT, I was always in the mix and in the middle of everything. After a while, I got tired of it, so I decided that instead of being in the mix, I want to start capturing the moments. Get a different perspective of what I was use to. Once I made that decision, I turned to God and asked him to just order my steps. God is the biggest reason I am where I am today. As well as with my family and friends that’ve been constantly supporting me.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road at all. There have been a lot of learning curves along the way. Some struggles I faced were just trying to understand the market and find my own lane within the industry. Also just learning the full functions of a camera and how to maximize it to work in my favor.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a photographer and videographer. I specialize in bringing people’s vision to life. I am most proud of myself for taking a leap of fate and trusting God as I embarked on this new journey. What sets me apart is my great customer service with my clients. At the end of the day, my clients are what keep me going. Being able to tend to their vision and make it happen for them.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
What I see in the next 5-10 years in the photography/videography industry is just more creativity and barriers being broken within the creative style of things
