Hi Monique, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
During my undergraduate studies, I encountered a glaring need for resources tailored to students whose studies prevented them from being able to also work to support themselves. The lack of resources for these individuals prompted me to embark on a venture that would alleviate some of their challenges. In my final year of college, I created a brand dedicated to providing students with assistance. Our initiative revolves around care packages meticulously curated with essential items shipped straight to their doorstep. Additionally, we offer memberships that grant access to a suite of invaluable benefits, including financial assistance, exclusive forums for peer support, and opportunities to earn income.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey has been both bitter and sweet. The support from the community can be invaluable, as it can provide the necessary financial assistance or expertise to overcome the resource constraints. The struggle is being able to reach all of the community.

Leveraging my multifaceted background as a bachelor’s degree holder in organic chemistry with a minor in biology and a licensed naturopathic practitioner, I have embarked on a fulfilling career path that intertwines my passion for science, health, and education. After a rewarding stint as a teacher for the district, I transitioned into the role of an administrative assistant, but my true calling manifests outside the regular work hours. I clock out of my job and clock into a unique local initiative that addresses a significant gap in available student resources. Through this platform, students can connect with an organizer who intimately understands their journey and provides invaluable guidance.
