Today we’d like to introduce you to Leo Gravina.
Leo, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
After many sacrifices done in the past and working hard for long time, I finally today running my own business. Everything started on just going on bar and restaurants, enjoying the atmosphere watching friends and other professionals working. I was fascinate about the interaction they normally had with guest, friends and the connections they were creating on working and enjoying at the same time.
One day after retiring from soccer, I thought maybe was a good idea to get started into bars/restaurants business.
I found the right connections, I study to be professional, I started with very good mentor, and….here I’m today!
I have to say great experiences and great people I have worked with have helped me to reach high levels.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In life, there is not a smooth road to reach the top! Fortunately, I’m the kind of person who, when I decide to achieve a goal, does anything it takes to get there, so of course, it takes a lot of energy and time, but everything is possible with effort.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
First at all, be a professional is not for everyone. I think you need to have a set mentality and skills to achieve certain goals in order to be successful in life. For sure, it is a process of learning, applying your skills, and putting into practice life lessons learned during that time.
I personally think it is a combination of situations put together at the right time and at the right place.
What make me different than everyone else is the fact that I treat everyone as a family and friend.
I always say, my house, it’s your house! This makes individual, family, friends to come back to see me.
Alright, so before we go, can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you, or support you?
The best why for others to work well with me it’s to follow my knowledge, professionalism, and way to treat people. Basically, understanding how I do everything with a plan and taking smart business decisions.
I’m very friendly with everyone, but sometimes I have to put my foot down when I see someone not respecting my way to handle situations.
I would say very rarely I have issue with employees or others supporting me on being successful.
Of course, I cannot be successful on my own, so I always need groups of people around me that believes help me to achieve goals.
