Hola! I’m Francisco Diaz, the proud founder of Casa Bella Staging + Design. My journey began in the vibrant streets of Mexico City, but when I was just three years old, my parents brought me to the United States. Thanks to their unwavering dedication, I’ve been able to cherish and blend the rich cultures of both my home countries.
Dreaming big has always been part of my DNA. As a child of immigrant parents, chasing the American Dream wasn’t just an option; it was a destiny. From a young age, I knew entrepreneurship was my path—not a matter of if, but when. My passion for interior design and staging took root early on, transforming our family home while my parents were away. They’d return to find my latest creative reconfigurations, each time a delightful surprise.
In September 2020, Casa Bella was born out of this lifelong passion. Since then, our journey has been nothing short of magical. We’re growing, evolving, and loving every moment of it. Welcome to Casa Bella, where dreams and design combine to create something truly beautiful!
Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
As we get close to celebrating our four-year anniversary, I am thrilled to share that we are still growing and thriving. Running a business has its challenges, but it has also been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Every business journey has its ups and downs, and mine is no exception. There are always challenges and obstacles, but I believe a positive attitude is key to overcoming them. One of the hardest parts of growing any business, especially in the beginning, is building awareness of your brand and establishing your presence in the market.
Despite the hurdles, the journey has been incredibly fulfilling. Casa Bella started as a dream, born from my passion for design and staging, and it continues to flourish. Here’s to many more years of creating beautiful spaces and making dreams come true

At Casa Bella, we don’t just stage homes; we infuse them with design excellence.
Unlike other staging companies that might overlook the importance of design, we combine staging and design for a unique and effective approach. Drawing from my background in the medical field, I’ve developed a proven formula to diagnose and solve even the most challenging design dilemmas. This diagnosis, prescription, and treatment method ensures a seamless and enjoyable process for our clients.
My fascination with real estate began early, fueled by browsing listing booklets at the grocery store and rearranging my family home. Though I pursued a career in the medical field, I never let go of my passion for design, often advising friends and family on their projects. In 2020, I earned my certification as a Staging Design Professional™ and launched Casa Bella Staging + Design, where I now stage ad design homes for investors, realtors, and homeowners alike.
When I’m not staging properties or working on interior design projects, you’ll likely find me perfecting the details in my Dallas home. Here’s to many more years of transforming spaces and making design dreams come true!
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I’ve lived most of my life in Texas, where I’ve always been known for my fun-loving, creative spirit. I have a passion for fashion, design, and spending time with friends and family.
My interests have always gravitated toward real estate, fashion, and travel. I also love checking out new restaurants in town and enjoying a fun night out with friends, having good conversations, eating good food, and having a perfect espresso martini.
