While working for several top corporations, I always had an entrepreneurial mindset. I would especially look at successful startup companies and be inspired by their grit and persistence! I vowed that I would be my boss one day. So here I am and having a ball overall!
Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
For me, the biggest challenge is that I’m not the most patient person.
Everyone doesn’t move at my brisk pace. Additionally, this journey is about managed growth and being able to execute projects well.

Tammy S. Demery, LLC is a specialized generalist company for logistics management, supply chain solutions, residential real estate, marketing, and payments.
What sets us apart is that we customize solutions and offer a high level of communication, service, and integrity! We’re also a scrappy bunch. Tiny but mighty! I also love that my team is represented by different segments (Millennials, Gen Z, and Baby Boomers). Our strengths and multiple perspectives complement one another.
From internal & external partnerships, industry versatility, tenacity towards direction, integrity & authenticity with customers; Tammy S. Demery, LLC’s ability to move forward is a consistent occurrence.
What changes do you expect to see in your work and the industry over the next five to ten years?
That is an interesting question. Expect the unexpected and always stay up to date via extensive industry reading, attending various applicable conferences, and networking.
