Rising Stars: Meet Anthony Williams, Jr.

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Williams, Jr.

Anthony Williams Jr

Hi Anthony, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, but have been residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area since 2016. I’m an all-around creative, just creating a lane of his own. I started out making music. It was at six years old when I started getting the grasp of it. Working in my flow in different ways. I remember my uncle Tony and my mom made a song when I was 7.

It was definitely a moment when I knew I wanted to rap. I didn’t start pursuing it until the age of 12. That was also the year I started making beats with FL Studio. At age 16-17, I started going to the studio and recording and performing. At age 25, I fell in love with video production. But two years later, I moved to Texas and started my own company.

Fast forward to 2024. It’s been a roller coaster indeed, but I’ve been very grateful for the lessons life has given me. And now it’s only up from here.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As I said before, it was a roller coaster. I think I’ve felt every emotion that has ever been felt… ever lol. There were times I almost gave up on myself. There was a time when I thought I would lose myself. The crazy part about this is that everything happens for a reason.

And I needed to take on these emotions to move forward to the next level. Throughout this process, I’ve lost things I held dear to my heart. But I gain a new sense of awareness. And I have left the past in the past and know that change is inevitable.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I believe that with growth and understanding. The sky is limitless. I believe that everything has a purpose in life, whether you come from the hood or the suburbs.

And we all should be able to live in that purpose. I’m proud that I can take my experiences and help others heal from theirs. I’m proud to say that I’m no longer the person I used to be. I don’t follow trends; I never did. I just wanna do right in life and love the people I have in it. The EPIC way!
