Your Tailor Made Senior Service began as a vision three years ago, born from my experiences as a director in the home health care field. During that time, I identified numerous opportunities to enhance the quality of life for seniors. However, the limitations within my previous company motivated me to create my own path.
I reached out to Michele Morris, a trusted friend who is now our Vice President. Her enthusiasm and support were immediate, and together we embarked on this journey. We then brought in Bridget Grey, who serves as our CFO, rounding out our leadership team with her invaluable expertise. I took on the role of President, ensuring our vision was carried out with dedication and passion.
With a collective experience of over 25 years in the health care field, we dedicated countless hours to research, certification, and licensing. Our hard work and determination paid off, and today, Tailor Made Senior Service stands as a testament to our commitment.
Our company is more than just a business; it’s a mission to improve the quality of life for seniors and our employees. As three women leading a successfully growing enterprise, we take pride in the positive impact we’ve made and continue to strive for excellence every day.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
With all new ventures, there are, of course, bumps along the way. Breaking out in Dallas as a senior care company was a challenge in itself. As the new kid on the block, we had to market ourselves first and then let our quality of work speak for itself.
Establishing our presence required a strategic blend of marketing and unwavering commitment to excellence. Our team embraced the challenge, leveraging every opportunity to showcase our dedication to superior senior care.
Through continuous faith and teamwork, we’ve been able to smooth out the rough edges and stand prepared for any challenges that come our way.
