Today, we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Daly.
Hi Jennifer, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Jennifer Daly, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a mom on a mission to help empower other women. She is a master-level certified life coach, three-time published author, and global speaker.
As the founder of CheeringOnMoms.com, Jennifer uses her experience and education to help moms pursue their passions and achieve their goals. Walking the talk, Jennifer stretches herself through pageantry and has won a number of titles, including Mrs. Diamond Universe 2021, Mrs. Texas International 2022, Mrs. Texas NEM 2023, and National Elite Mrs 2023.
In 2020, as life changed for us all, Jennifer began to realize her life revolved around her children, and she wasn’t choosing to pour into herself. This was also problematic because it was teaching her daughters that life was all about them!
Upon this realization, Jennifer decided to begin challenging herself to improve in all areas. Pageantry seemed to be a perfect fit as it would provide her with a goal for optimal physical and mental fitness, as well as getting outside herself for greater causes and passions. As Jennifer began finding success in this and many other areas, women began to ask her for coaching and that was the birth of Cheering On Moms.
During Jennifer’s pageants, women would often compliment her on her wardrobe selections. Some women even reached out on social media asking about her clothing and where they could find the clothes she had. This sparked a business idea for Jennifer, and she began working on her brand, Fierce Angels. To her, the business goes so far beyond selling clothes. It’s about encouraging women to Stand Up. Stand Out and Stand for Good. Models are chosen for their positive impact on their communities, and a portion of sales goes to support nominated non-profits every quarter!
Jennifer would not be where she is today without the support of her amazing family. She and her hot firefighter husband, Daniel, have been married since 2007. Together, they are raising their beautiful daughters, Zoey and Lexi, and their perfect hairy German shepherd, Duke, in Dallas, Texas.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Great outcomes don’t come without navigating failure.
I believe struggles help us become stronger and get us where we are meant to be. When I first began coaching, I struggled with imposter syndrome. Seeing my clients achieve their goals, quickly helped me get over the feeling I wasn’t “enough” to help them. Helping others truly fueled my fire to continue in my work and help as many women as I was able to help.
Starting Fierce Angels Fashion took two years. It’s hard when you have a dream in your heart, but know it’s not time yet. I had a lot of background work to do when it came to setting up the business. I sought out a coach to guide me to ensure I completed the paperwork and took care of the foundational work first, knowing this was what would help provide the business with its key base layer.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Fierce Angels Fashion is committed to helping women Stand Up, Stand Out and Stand for GOOD! Our Models are REAL Women who are making their communities a better place by being brave and standing up for Good!
We believe all women are created uniquely and are designed to do great things. No matter your size or shape, there’s no one who can be you. In addition to taking this unique boutique approach, we also believe in giving back. Every quarter, a portion of our profits will go to a nominated charity.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the COVID-19 crisis?
We were designed for the community.
I am passionate about others, knowing they are meant to be in this world and using their talents and gifts to help make it a better place. Covid made us comfortable at home, but that has passed, and it’s time to stop wondering whether we can do something and go for it instead.
