Hi Kristen, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Our Medical Spa began as a humble two-person operation with me and my business partner, Bethany. We have been best friends since we were 11 years old and had a mutual dream of starting a Medical Spa business together. Initially, we operated strictly as a mobile service, offering IV treatments and vitamin injections. At the same time, we both worked full-time as registered nurses, juggling all aspects of the business ourselves—from providing services and marketing to managing budgets and finances.
Despite these challenges, we exceeded our initial goal of establishing a brick-and-mortar location within five years. Remarkably, we opened our Wichita Falls office in August 2023, just four months after launching our business. This milestone allowed us to expand our offerings to include facials, body sculpting, medical weight loss, and health coaching. Our team in Wichita Falls has grown from just the two of us to fifteen dedicated members.
We’re also extending our mobile services to the Fort Worth area, with multiple nurses ready to serve the DFW community. Our next major steps include introducing Botox treatments—our staff is already trained and prepared—and securing a physical location in the Metroplex.
We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from our community and our collaboration with Recovery Concierge. This journey has been a testament to hard work, dedication, and the power of community.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Our journey has been far from smooth. We’ve encountered numerous obstacles, from financial struggles and launching a business during high inflation to grappling with severe time constraints. Balancing full-time jobs while trying to run a business has been a formidable challenge. However, through collaboration, teamwork, dedication, and perseverance, we have navigated through the most difficult times and emerged even stronger. Our enduring and strong friendship has enabled us to support each other through business hardships and overcome challenges together.
We’ve been impressed with Reset and Replenish Wellness Lounge, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our business stands out for our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Our team goes above and beyond, coming to your home at 9:30 PM when you’ve had a little too much to drink and need to be functional the next day. If you’re feeling sick on a Sunday morning and can’t get out of bed, we bring the convenience of relief directly to you.
Our services include IV infusions for various ailments, vitamin injections, medical weight loss, facials, body sculpting, virtual primary care clinic and soon, Botox. We are deeply focused on health and wellness, offering IV drips tailored to address symptoms such as pain, inflammation, congestion, dehydration, nausea, and fatigue. We also provide infusions designed for chronic health conditions like migraines, Hashimoto’s, Parkinson’s, POTS, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Our staff genuinely cares about the health of our clients. Ensuring that our clients remain comfortable and informed throughout their procedures is our top priority.

What matters most to us is the safety and satisfaction of our clients. We ensure safety by staying current with regulations and having our physician on standby for additional guidance.
All medical weight loss clients undergo a good faith exam with our physician to ensure their suitability for treatment, and any reported side effects are promptly addressed for optimal comfort. Our highly trained staff follows strict policies and procedures, and we have comprehensive emergency plans in place. As healthcare workers, health and safety are our top priorities.
