Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a podcast just weeks before a global pandemic brought both opportunities and challenges. On one hand, it allowed me to dedicate a lot of time to the podcast. On the other hand, with the surge in the number of podcasts being created in 2020, and many people not working, it became harder to get visibility for my content due to oversaturation on social media. Additionally, keeping up with social media’s ever-changing algorithms, technical issues, and maintaining consistency posed additional challenges. Although I initially had a business partner and co-hosts, life took us in different directions, and I found myself juggling multiple roles such as interviewing, booking, editing, producing, and marketing. It’s a lot for one person, but my motto is “if you’re persistent, you’ll get it; if you’re consistent, you will keep it.”
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Our platform proudly presents a diverse range of outstanding individuals and groups, ranging from grassroots enterprises and non-profit organizations to talented musicians, actors, athletes, and even professional gamers, all of whom are based in the thriving city of Dallas, TX. Our interviews are engaging and captivating, featuring a dynamic blend of music, interactive segments, and exciting games that entertain our audience. Our cutting-edge Hello Studios, located in the bustling heart of Downtown Dallas, provide the perfect backdrop for our high-quality productions, which are now available to stream in over 45 countries worldwide. I think what sets us apart is our mission. Our mission is to provide a diverse audience with an authentic, transparent, and inclusive experience. For me, one of the things I’m most proud of is bringing light to the amazing people that do amazing things in the city of Dallas. I have had the opportunity to interview and meet some legendary individuals from Dallas, including professional athletes, platinum recording artists, Grammy Award winners, iconic actors, and many others.
