Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I embarked on this wild journey back in Fall 2015, all thanks to a cheeky suggestion from a family pal to sell desserts for Thanksgiving. Honestly, I was totally against the idea at first. Even though I adored baking, the idea of turning it into a business didn’t quite tickle my fancy. But hey, I thought, why not give it a shot? And boy, were we slammed that Thanksgiving! My husband was still out delivering cakes on Thanksgiving morning. Fast forward to January 8, 2016, and voila – Cake Me Crazy was born! We kicked off by selling cake slices to 5 restaurants in the DFW area. As the years rolled by, Cake Me Crazy evolved to cater to custom preferences, trends, and more. Our goal? To dish out top-notch customer service through scrumptious baked goods that sweeten up life’s little moments.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road,but through prayer and support I have been able to persevere. When starting a business, there’s so many components to having a successful business when you are focused more on your product and the creativity that you miss the important part of building the business and I found that that’s where the struggle was for me but now that I have invested in running my business instead of working my business, I have found success in building a brand through my business

You have to be ready to pivot and not think that there’s only one way to do something. always prepare yourself for what is to come and not stay just in the moment of what you know you can see right now but think about the future think about the different possibilities that think about how your business could change in a moment notice and what would you do if that happens have a master plan
