Today we’d like to introduce you to Francesca Hoskins
Hi Francesca, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I would say the most important decision I made that contributed to my success would be moving to Dallas. I left with some savings and my faith from Milwaukee and told myself I would make it happen. Now,10 years later, I am here and doing well for myself. I encourage anyone to go for their dreams and push through the unthinkable because anything can be attainable if you work hard and stay focused on your goals. Small goals to big goals really help get you in the right position. I keep God first and lean on him through it all!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Oh not smooth at all lol but I will say, I spent 10 years in corporate America and so happy that I did so that it could give me the ammunition to start my own business and really help small business owners achieve great success with their business. Its not easy at times to not have that safety net of a check every two weeks but with God anything is possible and its really taught me how to budget my funds better and to utilize all of of my resources.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business is a marketing consulting agency. Monet Marketing Consulting specializes in consulting small businesses with their marketing and other services that are in align with marketing such as content creation and social media management. My agency is based in Dallas but works remotely. Currently, the agency is open 6 days a week Monday-Saturday. I am really proud of the results and the smiles that the clients give when they receive results. A free consultation is offered to assess the clients needs and a breakdown of what will be accomplished once they decide to get on board!
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I would definitely say God, my parents, family, and friends for holding me down to keep me going with my business because its not easy but having great support always lightens the load.
