Today we’d like to introduce you to Kayla Graves

Hi Kayla, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
The inspiration behind Mobile Minds comes from my own family experiences. I was deeply moved by the challenges faced by my mother, who passed away from colon cancer in 2012, and more recently, my grandmother. Their experiences highlighted the need for more accessible and empathetic tech support. These personal connections fuel my passion and commitment to this journey.

I have also worked in the telecommunications industry for 11 years now and have witnessed the significant demand for guidance in understanding phones and other electronic devices, especially among our senior citizens.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
With full transparency, the journey with Mobile Minds hasn’t been entirely smooth, as is common with many new ventures. One major obstacle has been efectively reaching our primary audience—senior citizens—who might be apprehensive about new technology or unsure about seeking help.

Another challenge has been balancing personalized service with the growing demand, ensuring that we maintain quality as we expand.

Despite these challenges, they have provided valuable lessons and opportunities for growth.

I am grateful for my dedicated staff: Krystal, Jazmine and Kenasia.

Each obstacle has strengthened our resolve and allowed us to refine our services to better meet the needs of our clients.
