Inspiring Conversations with Will Benoit of Zion Home and Building LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Will Benoit

Hi Will, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013. I was employed by Highland Homes as a Construction Manager from 2013-2017 where I managed the building of over 80 homes from the ground up. In October of 2017, I started Zion Home and Building LLC. We have successfully completed over 100 Remodeling Projects in the DFW area.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Running this business has been the most challenging thing I have ever done in my life. It stretches me in ways nothing else has. Your business is like a mirror, constantly reflecting you as a person. There is no one else to point the finger at when issues arise. This forces you to constantly evolve in every area of your life. You must become comfortable with constant change. Learning this has been life changing!!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Zion Home and Building LLC?
I founded Zion Home and Building LLC with the idea that IF we could consistently treat our customers the way we would want to be treated, it would set us apart in the construction industry. I know we have not been perfect at that, but it has been a goal of myself as well as our employees to handle our customers with the utmost respect and integrity throughout the construction process. We now specialize in kitchen, bathroom, and whole house remodels. We take our customers from starting with design all the way to paint touch ups at the very end of the project.

How do you think about happiness?
I love growth in all areas. Finding new techniques/tweaks that provide great results in all areas of life is a passion of mine. Impact is also incredibly rewarding. How can we have the most positive impact on the most amount of people? That is a question we are constantly asking ourselves
