My name is Jessica Flores. I’m 25 years old, a wife, a mom to two amazing boys, and a passionate business owner in the beauty industry. I’ve always been very creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented, so I wanted to use those traits to my advantage by combining them and pouring them into something I’m passionate about. My journey began on my birthday, December 7, 2020. when I decided to not only “treat myself” but INVEST in myself by taking a permanent makeup beauty course. It was a turning point in my life where I wanted to create something meaningful for myself while balancing motherhood and family life.
Since then, I’ve grown rapidly in the industry, and I’m incredibly grateful to those who trusted in me from the very beginning. I’ve also traveled to different cities to gain more knowledge and certifications on the services I offer, so I can stay on top of the latest techniques and provide the best results for my clients. My passion for creating sweat-proof, waterproof brows that simplify my clients’ daily routines has fueled my desire to refine my craft.
Today, I offer services like ombré powder brows, microblading, and brow corrections, helping clients achieve beautiful, long-lasting results. I also provide training for others who, like me, are passionate about empowering women and making them feel beautiful. My favorite part of it all is connecting with people daily and making a positive impact on their lives. This isn’t just a tattoo—it’s a transformation! Nothing feels better than seeing clients look into the mirror, smile, and sometimes even cry, because it’s so much more than just a brow procedure. It’s confidence. It’s beauty. It’s self-love.
Running my studio in downtown Fort Worth has been a dream come true. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited about the future, where I continue to support both my clients and fellow beauty professionals in reaching their goals.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, as you can imagine. Like many other businesses, there have been bumps along the way, but I’m incredibly thankful for all the lessons I’ve learned in the process. One thing I live by, and that I would advise to other aspiring entrepreneurs, is “you have to learn how to crawl before you can walk!”
Starting out, one of the biggest challenges I faced was building a client base and staying consistent. There were times when business slowed down, and it was easy to feel discouraged. But what kept me going was remembering why I started, who I was doing it for, and reflecting on how far I had already come. Finding clients takes patience, and every business has its slow seasons. Staying focused on your passion and vision is key.
Another challenge was investing time and money into traveling for certifications and training to stay on top of the latest techniques. It wasn’t always easy, but I knew it was necessary to offer the best services to my clients and stand out in the industry. I’ve learned that every obstacle is an opportunity to grow, and with each challenge, I became stronger, more determined, and more skilled at my craft.

What sets me apart from others in the permanent makeup industry is my attention to detail and my commitment to truly listening to the wants and needs of each client. I take great pride in delivering results that align with their vision, making sure they feel seen and understood throughout the process. For me, it’s not just about creating beautiful brows—it’s about making my clients feel comfortable, confident, and in control.
When a client sits in my chair, my first priority is to ensure they feel at ease. I walk them through the entire process, explaining each step in detail so they know exactly what to expect. This approach helps to alleviate any nerves they may have. Before starting, I always do a pre-draw, allowing my clients to see and approve the shape before any work is done. This way, they have total control over their results, and we can make any adjustments necessary before the procedure begins.
In terms of services, I offer a range of options to fit different needs. For a new set of eyebrows, I charge $325, while touch-ups start at $125, and corrections start at $400. I’ve made a point to keep my prices accessible, because I believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful—regardless of budget. By offering competitive pricing, I’m able to serve a community that might not otherwise have access to high-quality permanent makeup services.
What I’m most proud of, brand-wise, is the trust and loyalty I’ve built with my clients.
