Hi Aleksey, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Aleksey Chursin, and for over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of building and growing three successful businesses. My entrepreneurial journey began with STUDIO 2112 Experiential Marketing & Brand Communications Agency, which my wife and I co-founded. Operating globally, STUDIO 2112 provides innovative event marketing and design solutions for some of the world’s most prestigious brands.

My second venture, STUDIO CATERING, was born from my passion for culinary arts and the art of presentation. What started as a love for food quickly transformed into a full-service catering company. Our clients – both corporate and private – value the aesthetics we bring to the table, whether for high-stakes negotiations or unforgettable private events. For them, the presentation of food isn’t just a detail, it’s an essential part of the experience.

With both of these businesses thriving, I felt inspired to explore a new field, which led to the creation of FIXMans, offering appliance repairs, home equipment maintenance, security systems, and more. After years in the corporate and luxury markets, I wanted to build something that would touch the everyday lives of people in their homes. That’s how FIXMans was born. Every day, I see the gratitude in our clients’ eyes as we provide quality repairs, and the growing demand for our services confirms that we’re on the right path. I believe FIXMans has an exciting future ahead, and I’m thrilled to be part of it.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My previous experience in building and developing businesses has certainly made the process smoother. We continue to learn, fully aware of the challenges we face, and approach them with understanding. Business, after all, is like a living organism – we adapt and continuously refine our processes to help us grow. Currently, our focus is on increasing brand recognition, optimizing our marketing channels, and expanding our service offerings to drive demand and create more opportunities for our team to thrive.

I’d love to share more about FIXMans, which operates in the Dallas – Fort Worth area of Texas. We specialize in providing high-quality home services, ranging from appliance repair to security systems. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to ensuring that every client can access reliable, top-tier service with ease. We focus heavily on customer service, making the process seamless, accessible, and efficient for everyone.

Before entering this field, we carefully assessed the market potential and realized there was a clear gap in terms of quality service. By leveraging our experience and knowledge, we developed a system that streamlines the customer experience, allowing homeowners to easily receive dependable service for all of their home-related needs. Over the next few years, our goal is to expand and cover most of the essential services that every home requires.

I find the process of building a new brand and business deeply exciting, especially since FIXMans serves a completely different audience than I’ve worked with in the past. This journey continues to inspire me, bringing new challenges and discoveries every day. I’m passionate about turning my interests into thriving businesses, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities that allow me to explore new niches and move forward.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5 to 10 years, I see exponential growth across all my businesses, especially FIXMans. We plan to expand into areas such as HVAC services, smart device maintenance and installation, home energy audits, and more. Our goal is to become a company that provides 90%, or even 100%, of the services a home might need. In this timeframe, we are also exploring expansion into other states through franchise opportunities. The expected revenue growth in this industry is projected to reach $5 trillion, and we fully intend to be a part of that growth.
