Today we’d like to introduce you to Bobby Cox
Hi Bobby, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I first started shooting in 2017 when my business partner Cyrus had the vision to start Barlee Bros Athletics, which was a non profit in Philadelphia aimed to give free football training and mentorship to youth while also offering them guidance through the recruiting process. When I first picked up a camera it was just to do my part to help our kids gain more exposure by making highlight videos whenever I had a break from school and football. The more I kept shooting, the better I became, and the more I fell in love with capturing and creating lasting art. Eventually our brand name evolved into our motto “No Lackin Lifestyle” which in short means give everything you have in all you do. Even though I first picked up a camera in 2017, it wasn’t until I graduated college in December of 2022 when I had the time and opportunity to really focus on the art. Over the years I have evolved from just shooting football games, to shooting all different types of sports, weddings, graduations, brand content, events, and pretty much any thing else I am needed for.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Building a business from the ground up takes a lot of hard work, dedication, sacrifice, and a lot of failures. The key is just staying consistent and believing in your vision so much that nothing can throw you off your path. All you can do is set a clear goal, go hard everyday, and God will put you exactly where you need to be.

I specialize in photography, videography, content creation, and graphic design. I’m most proud of my videos because of how much time and detail go into them. I love the creative process and watching my visions come to life. What sets me apart from a lot of others is how far I’m willing to go to achieve my goals, how much I have and am willing to sacrifice, and my high work ethic. This allows me to have the time and creative space to cultivate my unique visions. Even though I’m blessed to be able to do this for a living I never did it for the money, I’m very passionate about my creations and want to continue to improve and be regarded as one of the best creators in the world.
