Today we’d like to introduce you to Travis Prausa

Hi Travis, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
We are small business restaurant that committed to served authentic indonesian food. Owner-chef a native indonesian who specialize in Javanese part cuisine our goal and mission is to show everyone the indonesian culture flavour’s and hopefully everything in between.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s definitely challenging being the only indonesian restaurant in dfw, but interesting. it’s so interesting hearing so many different nationalities sayd that’s weired but I thought it was an americsn thing haha, but it is nice seeing most people would say roughly 98 percent of peoepl finish there plates!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We committed to culture development of Indonesia ( including served authentic indonesian food )

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
For now succes is when indonesian food have equally well know as much as Korean, Chinese, Thai or vietnamese food
